Pets Adore Us uses the information you provide to discuss your pet-care enquiry and any arrangements you choose to make with Pets Adore Us.

What the form collects

Your name, email, optional phone number, ZIP code, pet types and number, optional dates and visit preferences, and your message. Please do not send your full street address, access codes, alarm codes, or payment information.

How your enquiry is handled

When online enquiries are enabled, the form sends these details to the business’s configured email inbox over an authenticated, encrypted SMTP connection. Our website does not keep enquiries in a database. Messages may remain in the business mailbox and the email provider’s systems. Mail-server acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.

The business email provider is IONOS.

The website is prepared for hosting with Fly.io. Hosting and email providers may process technical information required to operate their services.

Cookies and technical information

An essential session cookie helps protect the enquiry form and display its confirmation. It expires after two hours. It contains no enquiry fields. The website briefly holds connection identifiers and request times in memory to limit abuse. It does not trust forwarded visitor-address headers. Enquiry contents and contact details are not written to application logs. Hosting infrastructure may process request metadata.

There are no analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing opt-ins.

Keeping and requesting your information

Information is used to handle your enquiry and any resulting care arrangements. The business’s retention details will be confirmed before online enquiries open.
